Ouch, the finish!
Namely, the paintwork on all the moldings (saber and scabbard) is smudgy, not fine, precise work, rather coarse, but in keeping with the price (?) painting of the scabbard which also looks fragile, the saber itself really nothing to say, really good work for a decorative Katana, as for the engraving of the blade, it's impeccable, clean, precise, sufficiently deep, very good rendering.
The outside of the box is very beautiful, and when you open it, the effect is confirmed, and the inside really shows off the sword like a jewel case. The quality of the box itself is rather light, like cardboard, and it's already deforming after a week, even though it's been stored flat and nothing's been put on it.
So my assessment is mixed... on the concrete side of the purchase, a fine-looking saber, but with some rather rough imperfections, which is a pity, it's 3.5 stars as far as I'm concerned, but the follow-up, service and customer relations side is very satisfactory and makes up for it well.

First of all, we're delighted that you were completely satisfied with the engraving! It's something we take particular care with, and knowing that the result is clean, precise and up to your expectations is a real source of satisfaction for our team.
As for the sword itself and its finish, we understand your comment. This is a decorative katana, and indeed, on certain ranges, the paintwork can sometimes lack finesse. We'll pass on these observations to our supplier to see how we can improve this point, as far as possible, while remaining within a coherent price range.
As for the box, it has been designed to highlight the saber as soon as it is opened, but we have taken note of the fact that it could be more robust over time. Here too, we'll be thinking about solutions to ensure that the experience remains qualitative over the long term.
