good product, but...
the address number on the parcel was different from the one on the invoice, so I had to wait for the letter carrier in the street to receive it. a bit risky, especially when the parcel can be a dangerous weapon :/ otherwise, nothing to complain about so far, the katana was in good condition and well packed.

Buy Katana "Terre Sacré" at Terressens
Personally, I had a hard time choosing a site on which to buy my first Katana. I decided to buy from Terressens, as it's a French store.
Frankly, I'm not disappointed with my purchase, with engraving to boot. Communication with the engraving department was top-notch, and I received my item in barely 1 week (engraving included). The katana seems well made and sharp.
Great stuff, I highly recommend it for your katana purchases.

The weight of a katana varies from 800 to 1,300 g, depending on its dimensions and the materials used.
The center of gravity (the katana's point of balance) is also important:

A katana's center of gravity: this is the point of balance. It determines the sword's sense of gravity.

It is usually located 10 / 15 cm from the tsuba (鍔 guard). The further away it is, the greater the sensation of weight.

For lovers of tradition and authenticity, hand-forged katanas with carbon steel blades offer an experience close to that of the samurai of yesteryear.
