 Very satisfied with the product ordered (tanto) + engraving. The person with whom I exchanged e-mails (even on a Sunday!) was very responsive, listened to our request and advised us. Ordered on Saturday, exchanged by e-mail on Sunday, engraved on Monday and also sent. Product arrived on Wednesday, superbly packaged! The tanto and the engraving are magnificent!
