For centuries, I've accompanied men into battle. Whether foot soldiers or knights, I'm there to protect them. Parrying blows, cushioning blows, dulling edges... I make no distinction. Hand-assembled by master blacksmiths, sometimes handed down from father to son through inheritance, I'm a fighter's main protection. Often covered by a tabard, I know how to remain humble, because I know my place and above all my value, and I know that no one can replace me.
