I accompanied the immortal, Connor MacLeod, nicknamed the "Highlander". A Scottish Highland warrior living in the XVIᵗʰ century, he became immortal from his first "death" in 1536. This is how he became immortal, able to disappear only by decapitation.
For centuries, he lived by changing names, usurping or creating identities. But it was in 1985 that everything changed. He fell in love with Brenda Wyatt, a New York forensic scientist who had discovered his age-old faculties. The last two immortals, Kurgan and Connor, clashed in a fierce duel. In the end, Connor MacLeod decapitated his opponent to receive the "prize". He became mortal, able to have children and possessing the power to read people's minds. According to legend, he still uses this gift to help humans understand each other better...
