Stock availability: color code #Terressens

To make it easier to identify the availability of the items we offer in our online store, we've developed a simple, effective color code: green means the item is in stock, yellow means it can be pre-ordered, and gray means there's no specific return date.

At #Terressens, we're constantly looking for the best solutions to accompany you on your journey through our website. In digital jargon, we call this the "customer experience". It involves simplifying and facilitating navigation on the website, offering a useful, interesting and even educational visit, and providing technical solutions for rapid understanding of the information presented on the site.

We regularly offer pre-orders, and it seemed essential to us to introduce a color code to easily identify items in stock, pre-orders and items awaiting delivery. You'll probably have noticed the different-colored buttons on the pages of the universes, product families and technical data sheets. Here's how to read them:

Green: item in stock

Shipment can be made within 48 / 72 working hours (provided you have sent us the documents attesting to your majority in the case of a sword or training katana).

Yellow: item is on pre-order (approximate date of availability known)

Yellow: pre-order item

We have an approximate delivery date for the item you are interested in. There are always a few uncertainties (shipping, customs clearance...), but with a few days to spare, we know when it will be available. It is therefore available for pre-order.

gray: the item is not in stock; we do not know when it will be back in stock.

Grey: pending

The item may or may not be on order, but we do not have a precise restocking date. It is not end-of-life (otherwise it would disappear from the site), but the return to stock is uncertain.
You can subscribe to the availability alert: by leaving your e-mail address, you'll receive a message when the item is back in stock or on pre-order.
