Use
The saber is very heavy for an aluminum blade. I think it's actually cast aluminum. Which makes it more resistant, but heavy. The balancing doesn't seem optimal to me, and the tsuka's "braid" isn't tight enough, which makes me fear that it will eventually unravel with use. On the other hand, the price is unbeatable. Time will tell.

Quite satisfied but major safety problem
Quite satisfied overall. Fast and efficient, both in trading and shipping.
The engraving is very pretty, the katana: model Hoshizora starry sky damascus steel the same and the cutting edge really well sharpened (4/5 cutting edge test on sheet of paper).
So why 3 stars? I hesitated between 2/5 and 3/5...
There is some play between the saya (scabbard) and the habaki, which causes the katana to fall out of its scabbard at the slightest jolt!
My wife unpacked the order and got a nice bruise on her foot: she held the katana by the scabbard and tilted it slightly downwards: the katana, which I remember is very sharp, fell instantly! (Luckily, she caught the handle).
I contacted them and they told me to apply wood paste to the inside of the scabbard to fill the gap... A real shame for a 500€ product available in Stock: I think this is an aspect that could and should have been carefully checked before shipping.
It's an important safety feature.
Another thing, the Damascus pattern is barely visible, very very very slight pattern, so this is something to bear in mind for fans of this type of blade.
The site and the products are very good, I'm sure, given the many positive reviews, and I recommend them all the same.
I've asked for an exchange, so we'll see.

Delivery was super fast. The Katana is good quality, apart from the meguki which are a bit crooked and not very good quality, and the sharpening is perfect, to give you an idea, it cuts an A4 sheet very well, you just need the right angle. And the engraving is exceptional, chosen from A to Z thanks to them, and you can personalize just about anything you want (I opted for the Akitsu Katana).

Hello, I have purchased a "wajizashi fu do shin" from you and found that the sharpening left a lot to be desired, even if I am aware of the value of this equipment as I have owned the katana for at least ten years to practice "battodo", so I took it back to leather with polishing paste.
The double katana holder is a real piece of junk!

I'd like to share with you my crush on a katana I bought at the beginning of February (on special offer), the "dragon's blood" kirinketsu. A real jewel with its mother-of-pearl inlay. Not only is it magnificent, it's also very light, superbly balanced and easy to handle, with braiding that hasn't budged despite multi-day use. A quality forge, and perfect sharpening without fail. It's my favorite, "my soul".

Anduril and legolas daggers purchased and perfectly recovered. There was a small trickle of glue on the handle, but we were able to remove it by scraping with a toothpick. The quality is there, a very good replica of the anduril prenium museum.

The katana cleaning kit is well-built and beautifully presented in a small wooden box, just as in the website description.
I recommend it.
I initially gave it 4 stars to make the earth aware that the choice of carrier is important, because over and above the price, the quality of service is very important to the customer. Imagine doing the same when we deliver your precious Katana.
But here again, the carrier is at fault, not the company, which offers us some very fine products.

Namely, the paintwork on all the moldings (saber and scabbard) is smudgy, not fine, precise work, rather coarse, but in keeping with the price (?) painting of the scabbard which also looks fragile, the saber itself really nothing to say, really good work for a decorative Katana, as for the engraving of the blade, it's impeccable, clean, precise, sufficiently deep, very good rendering.
The outside of the box is very beautiful, and when you open it, the effect is confirmed, and the inside really shows off the sword like a jewel case. The quality of the box itself is rather light, like cardboard, and it's already deforming after a week, even though it's been stored flat and nothing's been put on it.
So my assessment is mixed... on the concrete side of the purchase, a fine-looking saber, but with some rather rough imperfections, which is a pity, it's 3.5 stars as far as I'm concerned, but the follow-up, service and customer relations side is very satisfactory and makes up for it well.

Great value for money! But... there are a few scratches on my sword, I suppose that's part of the compromise, but as they're not present on the illustration photos, I'm a bit disappointed, I'll try to remove them and I'll add a star if I can 😁. Magnificent sword
I gave the Anduril sword to my boyfriend and he's delighted. The sword is magnificent. The details are beautiful. I took away one star for the packaging, which lacks sturdiness (damaged cardboard). A full mold of the sword in polystyrene would be more appropriate. But the sword still arrived intact without any scratches. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and recommend Terresens!
