Militaria replica of the World War II Soviet machine pistol, PPSh-41 (moving parts, non-functional weapon)

I served the Soviet Army during the Second World War. A machine pistol manufactured between 1941 and 1949, I can fire semi-automatically or automatically. I served many Soviet infantrymen, who particularly appreciated my light weight and great maneuverability.
Designed by Gueorgui Chpaguine, over 6,000,000 were produced. My name PPSh-41 is a tribute to him (Pistolet-Poulemiot Chpagina).
Because of its size and the difficulty of reloading, my 71-shot camembert magazine was replaced by a 35-round curved magazine in 1942.
I was repeatedly adapted to 9 mm Parabellum ammunition by the Germans. Ironically, while I was changing sides, the Soviets were doing the same with my MP40s. Indeed, the Red Army was very poorly supplied with ammunition. So it was more efficient to use a German weapon and plunder its victims of its ammunition than to wait for a new supply!
After the war, I travelled the world, either as an original or an adapted copy, equipping soldiers in Cambodia, Laos, Korea...
